Privacy Policy
- Validity of Rates: The rates provided are valid only for the specified dates.
- Exclusions: All local activities, entry tickets, guide charges, ropeway fees, rides, local cab hiring, or any services not explicitly mentioned in the inclusion are not covered and will incur additional charges.
- Guide Services: Guides can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Unutilized Services: There will be no refunds for any services that are not utilized. And we cannot give any other optional sightseeing.
- Identification Requirement: All guests must provide a valid ID (Aadhar) and a photo for the preparation of the Inner Line Permit.
- Extra Bed or Mattress: Extra beds or mattresses will be provided according to the hotel policy.
- Room Heaters: Room heaters can be hired directly from the hotel at a rate typically of Rs. 500 per night.
- Non-Commissionable Rates: The quoted cost is net and non-commissionable.
- Offer and Confirmation: The above details constitute an offer and do not confirm your bookings.
- Itinerary Changes: The provided itineraries are suggestions. Avdhoot Tourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter any itineraries as circumstances require. We shall not be held responsible for unforeseen conditions such as roadblocks, strikes, riots, illness, or accidents.
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation. Bookings cannot be processed without this advance Payment.
- Communication: We encourage all communications to be conducted via email. Avdhoot Tourism Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible for any errors in bookings made over the phone, message, or WhatsApp.

- No Changes: Once the package is booked, no changes to the date of travel, services, hotels, or vehicles will be permitted.
- Final Payment: 100% payment is required at least 7 days before the tour starts.
- Booking Process: We will proceed with your booking once we have received full payment. If the original hotels are unavailable, equivalent or alternative hotels will be provided.
- Confirmation Voucher: The tour confirmation voucher will be issued only upon receipt of full payment.
- Advance Payment: A 50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Final Payment: The remaining payment must be made at least 7 days before departure.

- Payment Methods: We accept NEFT and UPI payments. All cash deposits into our account will incur an additional charge of Rs. 300 per lakh (Required Pan-card). Payments made via credit card will attract an additional fee of 2%.
- Advance Payment Policy: We operate on an advance payment basis only. During the payment process, we will not be responsible for any fare hikes. Tickets will be issued only after the payment has been reflected in the Avdhoot Tourism Pvt Ltd bank account.
- Cheque and Credit Card Payments: Payments made via cheque or credit card are subject to realization.
- Children Under 2 Years Old: Free of charge (FOC) for the tour package.
- Children Aged 2 to 4 Years (No Extra Bed): Free of charge (FOC) for the tour package.
- Children Aged 5 to 7 Years (No Extra Bed): 50% of the tour package cost.
- Children Aged 5 to 7 Years (With Extra Bed): 75% of the tour package cost.
- Children Aged 8 to 11 Years (With Extra Bed): 90% of the tour package cost.
- Children Aged 9 to 11 Years (Sharing Room with 1 Adult): 100% of the tour package cost.
- Children Aged 12 Years and Older: 100% of the adult tour package cost.
- Cancellation 365-90 Days Prior to Departure: 20% of the tour cost.
- Cancellation 90-45 Days Prior to Departure: 40% of the tour cost.
- Cancellation 44-31 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellation 30-11 Days Prior to Departure: 75% of the tour cost.
- Cancellation Within 0-10 Days of Departure: 100% of the tour cost.
- Hotel and Transportation Cancellation (Diwali and Christmas Periods): No retention charges for hotel bookings and transportation if cancellation is done at least 40 days prior to the guest's arrival. After that, 100% retention charges will apply.
- Dynamic Pricing: Airline ticket prices are dynamic. Fares are valid at the time of quoting and may change at the time of issuance.
- Seat Availability and Taxes: Seats are subject to availability at the time of confirmation, and taxes applicable on the day of ticketing will apply.
- Additional Charges: Charges for seat selection and meals are extra.
- Flight Delays and Cancellations: Avdhoot Tourism Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations.
- Visa Facilitation: We act as a facilitator for visa processing on your behalf. Visa approval or rejection is determined by the respective embassy or consulate; therefore, we are not liable for any visa application rejections.
- Visa Rejection: In case of visa rejection by the embassy, the booked package will not be considered canceled. Avdhoot Tourism Pvt Ltd will not be liable to refund the booking amount or postpone travel dates due to visa rejection or delayed approval.
- Responsibility: Avdhoot Tourism Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any visa rejections.
- Booking Confirmation: While your booking is confirmed and guaranteed, the rooming list with your name may not be updated in the hotel's reservation system until closer to your arrival date.
- Changes and Cancellations: Confirmed dates may be altered, cancelled, or shortened only if written notice is provided to the company at least 15 days prior to the check-in date.
- Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days prior to the check-in date. No refund or postponement will be available for cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date.
- Force Majeure: In the event of natural calamities, strikes, or political disturbances, if roads remain open, the above cancellation policy will still apply.
- Food Menu: The food menu will be based on the availability of vegetables and will follow a buffet or fixed menu format.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: The check-in and check-out times will be according to the respective hotel's policies. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
- Alternative Accommodations: In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to provide the hotel mentioned, we will offer a similar category hotel.
- Additional Expenses: All expenses not included in the package cost must be paid directly by the tourist at the time of check-out.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the hotel within 1 day of the check-in date will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be given. Full retention will be charged for confirmed bookings.
- Room Allotment: Room allotment is solely at the discretion of the hotel. We cannot guarantee adjacent rooms, specific floors, views, etc. If a specific room is required, it must be requested before booking.
- Availability: We do not hold any rooms. All quotes are subject to availability. We check for availability before requesting payment, but rooms may sometimes get sold out during the booking process. In such cases, we will either refund the full amount or offer an alternate hotel in the same or higher category, there may be a price difference.
- Pick-up & Drop-off: The first and last day of sightseeing will depend on the arrival and departure details provided.
- Driver Duty Hours:The standardDriver duty hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only.
- Air Conditioning in Hills: AC will not be operational when starting in the hills or hill stations. Standing AC is also not allowed or operational.
- Vehicle Brand: We cannot guarantee any specific brand of vehicle, regardless of the booking period.
- SUV Category: For SUVs, we provide vehicles such as Innova, Xylo, Scorpio, Honda BRV, or similar.
- Small Vehicle Category: For small vehicles, we provide Swift Dzire, Etios, Wagon-R, or similar. Small vehicles do not have overhead carriers.
- Tempo Traveller: Tempo Travellers do not have overhead carriers. The 17-seater variant does not have armrests or reclining seats.
- Driver Interaction: We advise guests not to seek itinerary advice from drivers. Always check with the tour operator if you wish to add or deviate from the given itinerary. Avoid confrontations with the driver and maintain a calm and friendly attitude to enhance the overall tour experience.
- AC Operation: ACs do not operate in the hills and will be switched off. Drivers may agree to switch on the AC for a limited time for a small fee, which must be paid directly.
- Local Transportation Restrictions: Tourist vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing in certain areas. Only local taxis, auto-rickshaws, or government transport can operate within the city or area. Local transportation hire is at your own cost, or you can confirm it with us at the time of booking.
- Tourist Vehicle Operations: All tourist vehicles can only offer pick-up and drop-off services from the hotel.
- Luggage Allowance: One piece of luggage per person is allowed. Overloading is strictly prohibited, and the driver will refuse excess baggage. Any police challan issued for overloading will be the responsibility of the client.
- Group Movement: In the case of group movements, it is recommended that the client hires an additional luggage vehicle.
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their belongings such as mobile phones, jackets, sunglasses, chargers, cash, etc. It is highly challenging to recover any items left behind, and we strongly advise clients to double-check before leaving the vehicle.
- Theft Complaints: We will not entertain any complaints of theft against the driver or hotel staff. Any such complaints must be directly lodged at the nearest police station.
- Lack of Elevators: Many hotels do not have elevators, and guests may need to use stairs to access their rooms. If guests require elevator access or prefer a room on a lower floor, this must be clearly communicated during the booking process.

- Quoted Rates: Quotes for flights, helicopters, hotels, transport, visas, foreign exchange, and holiday packages are subject to availability and current rates of that day. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to us.
- Itinerary Disclaimer: The provided itinerary is a suggested tour plan. The company is responsible only for services charged to the guest. All other suggested services are not guaranteed by the company.
- Compensation Disclaimer: The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest during the tour.
- Liability Disclaimer: The company is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused to any passenger during the tour.
- Currency Rates: Dollar rates apply to foreign nationals and Indians possessing foreign passports, while INR package rates apply to Indian nationals.
- Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction.
- Claims: Any claim related to the package must be brought to the company's notice within a week.
- Accommodation: If the company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances, clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations.
- Refunds and Compensation: No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused services or transport under any circumstances.
- Airfare Policies: Airfare cancellation/rescheduling charges depend on airline policy.
- Rate Variation: The quoted rates are subject to confirmation and may vary upon confirmation.
- Airfare Guarantee: Airfare, seats, and taxes mentioned are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until ticketed.
- Ticket Inspection: Clients are requested to review tickets/documents upon issuance and report any errors the same day. The company will not be held responsible for errors reported later.
- Payment Process: All travel arrangements will be made after the NEFT/cheque/fund transfer has been received and credited to our bank account. The company will not be liable for any price hikes during the payment process.
